I hereby certify that the cylinders of refrigerant that I am purchasing are being purchased solely for the purpose of reselling to or will be installed by an EPA certified technician. I certify that I will comply with all applicable Local, State and Federal regulations and laws and that I am legally permitted to purchase, accept delivery of, possess and resell these cylinders of refrigerant.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
## 1. Refunds
Refunds are not issued for refrigerant orders once placed unless Tulstar is at fault or a product defect is confirmed.

## 2. Documentation Non-Compliance
Orders requiring EPA or tax documentation will be canceled and are **non-refundable** if no documentation is provided within 5 business days of request.

## 3. Order Changes
Requests to change or cancel orders must be made within 24 hours. After that, changes are not guaranteed.

## 4. Damaged Products
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence is required.
