Note:    EPA regulations require that all buyers /service providers of HFC refrigerants must have an EPA 608 type 1,2,3 or Universal certification in order to purchase R 410a or other HFC type refrigerants.  Tulstar Products must receive written proof in digital form or printed form prior to finalizing all sales. Proof of certification should be sent to:  Sales@tulstar.com.

Additionally, appropriate local and state sales taxes will be charged to any purchase unless we receive a copy of your organization's sales tax exemption certificate or other exemption proof. This will be held on file for current and future sales by Tulstar Products, Inc.
